- Get Grains (~ 3 cups)
- Prepare rolled oats
- Prepare buckwheat groats

Steps to make Granola:
- Bake the nuts & seeds 150C, 15min. If there is no time, this baking can be skipped. They will still turn out fine.
- Boil liquids over slow fire~ till liquid boils. Off fire, add the extracts if using.
- Mix all the dry ingredients with the warm liquid.
- Stir in salt. Salt is essential to balance the sweetness of the sweeteners.
- Bake at 150C, 45min. Stirring every 15 minutes.
- Mix in the dried fruits after baking is completed. Let granola cool before breaking them up.
- Great with yoghurt &/or milk.
