- Prepare 1 Egg

Add the ginger, garlic and green chilli in a wet grinder and blend to a smooth paste. Mix the yoghurt with the gram flour in a bowl to get rid of any lumps to form a thick paste like consistency.

- First cut the chicken into small cube shape pieces and keep aside. In a separate bowl keep 3 pieces red chillies and 4 garlic cloves soaked in water for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl add corn flour (keep 2 tsp corn flour aside and add the remaining).Then add salt, soya sauce, black pepper powder, beaten egg and mix the ingredients to make batter. Now coat the chicken pieces with this batter and deep fry them till golden brown
- Cut the onion, capsicum in cube shape and keep aside. Blend the red chilli and garlic and make a smooth paste. Heat a pan or wok. Add oil.
- Add chopped garlic, ginger and saute untill nice aroma comes out. Add chopped spring onion and saute. Now add onion, capsicum, green chillies and saute for few seconds. Add soya sauce and saute again. Now when the capsicum and onion is half cooked, add the red chilli garlic mixture and mix it. Now add salt, black pepper powder, chilli powder, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and mix all the ingredients. Now add the fried chicken pieces and mix with the masala.
- Now in a small bowl mix 2 tsp cornflour with 2 tsp water and then add this to the pan. Now mix it nicely. Add sugar if required and 1/2 cup water. Now mix it properly and keep on low to medium flame until the gravy is thicken and switch of the flame.
- In a serving bowl transfer the chilli garlic chicken preparation, garnish with chopped spring onion.
