  15. Prepare As needed Milk for brushing (1tbsp appox)
  16. Get as required Bread loaf tin
Instructions to make Wheat Seeded bread:
  1. In a bowl add warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix well and let sit for 10min.
  2. Heat a pan and add all seeds and just let it warm up. Transfer into a bowl. Keep 2 spoons of seeds to sprinkle on top.
  3. In a big bowl, add both flour, salt, oil and mixed seeds. Add yeast mixture after proofing yeast. (Activated yeast) mix well and add warm water to bind dough. Bind it loose but you can give a shape. Knead it for 7-8min.
  4. Then grease your hand with oil and take it into your palm. And tuck the dough. Do it for a min. Then give a rectangle shape and put it into greased tin.
  5. Let it rise for 3-4hr. (Because of wheat flour this will take some more time) then give a milk wash to proofed loaf. And sprinkle mix seeds.
  6. Preheat oven at 220° C for 10min. And then put the bread loaf to bake for 35min, at 200° C. Then let it set for 15min into oven. And let it cool down for an hour.
  7. Remove from tin and cut into slices, and enjoy your treat. 🤗
