  13. Get 1 cup White/cheese sauce
  14. Get 1 cup pizza sauce
  15. Get 1 cup processed cheese (grated)
  16. Make ready 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

This hearty, vegetable lasagna is the only lasagna my husband will eat. This Garden Vegetable Lasagna is made of up layers of plenty of sauteed vegetables (onions, carrots, zucchini, broccoli and yellow squash), cheeses and a very simple creamy spinach sauce. Make this delicious vegetarian lasagne with aubergines, red peppers and mozzarella. This recipe has been triple-tested and nutritionally analysed.

Instructions to make Vegetable Lasagna:
  1. Heat up some oil in a pan & add garlic, chilli flakes & oregano to this. Sauté for few minutes.
  2. Add all other chopped vegetables & add some salt to let them cook faster. Also add black pepper powder. Mix well & saute for few minutes. Keep it aside.
  3. Now preapare white sauce by adding plain flour, butter & 1 cup milk to a pan & heating it till the sauce becomes thick. You can add cheese into this sauce as well.
  4. Preapare red sauce by taking half cup pizza sauce & adding some water to it for a good consistency.
  5. Now start assembling the lasagna in a baking dish.
  6. First place a lasagna sheet. Spread white & red sauce over it & then make a layer of veggies. Top it with grated cheese.
  7. Repeat this step twitor thrice to make layers of lasagna. Top it with some mozzarella cheese along with some processed cheese.
  8. Bake it for 20 minutes on 180 degree. Lasagna is ready to cut & serve. Enjoy 🤗
