- Cook spaghetti according to directions on the box
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink
- Stir in spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt - set asside
- In a large bowl whisk the eggs, parmesan cheese and butter
- Drain spaghetti and add egg mixture and toss to coat
- Place half of spaghetti mixture in a greased 9"X 13" baking dish
- Top with half of cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese
- Repeat layers - Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 deg for 40 minutes then uncover and bake for an additional 20 - 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
