- Peel potatoes, cut into chips at thickness of 1cm.
- After 15 minutes, remove chicken from oven. Take out chicken from pan, set aside. Put potatoes into pan neatly lined. Spice with garlic, onion, paprika powder, salt & pepper to taste. Place chicken back into pan, on top of potatoes.
- Pour sauce over chicken and a bit on potatoes.
- Bake covered for 1 hour.
- Uncover, sprinkle with parsley flakes, add broccoli and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
