  4. Take the same pan..add oil and fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.Keep it aside.

Add 2 tbps of butter in the pan..add finely sliced ginger.. saute it well..add the pureed mixture, nutmeg powder…and cook it on medium flame for ten minutes…add kasuri methi, chicken give it a mix and cook it for 5 minutes..you can add water to adjust the consistency of gravy as per your choice.1 tsp of honey to balance the tangyness from tomatoes.
  6. Add cream and cook it for another 5 minutes..
  7. Serve it with Roti or Jeera Rice.
