- Prepare 150 gr rolled oats (not the quick cooking)
- Get 25 gr soaked raisin

Steps to make Homemade Granola:
- In a pan, melt the butter. Add the rolled oats. Pan fry it to mix well with the butter.
- Add the chopped nuts, chopped berries and seeds. Add honey.
- Mix it well for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture on the baking tray or bowl.
- Place it in the oven and bake it for 30-40 minutes at 120°C until golden brown. Once in a time, open the oven and stir it a moment.
- Serve your Granola with a bowl of yoghurt and fruits.
- Notes. I like my granola not too sticky/ loose. If you like some sticky/lumpy granola, you may add 1-2 tablespoon egg white and mix it with the mixture.
