- Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well.if wanted a bit water can be added. Blend in the spinach purée and 1/2cup water.
- Add the masalas except a little garam masala and adjust the hotness and sourness. Season with salt as per taste.
- Finally put the fried or grated paneer in the rich creamy gravy and mix well but not vigorously.
- Garnish with fresh cream and broken cashews.
