- Cook it by covering the lid of the kadhai for 5 mins, if needed then add 5 Tablespoon of water to it. Cook it in slow flame. Add there red chilli powder, salt and saute it for 3 to 4 mins.
- Now add garam masala, curry powder to it and cook it for 5 more mins. Then it done at last but not least low the gas flame and add fresh cream. Stir it well for 2 to 3 mins. Turn off the gas flame.
- For tadka Turn the flame place a tadka pan pour there 1 tablespoons of ghee, cumin seeds, dry red chilli and a pinch of ghee to it, when it start's splitter then turn off the gas. It's ready to serve with Paratha.
